At Get 2 It Ent., standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, with pre-order deliveries taking an additional 3–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. For pre-ordered items, please allow a production and processing window of 1–2 weeks from your purchase date before shipping. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order gear is ready.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. At Get 2 It Ent., you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange by emailing Get2it.ent.23@gmail.com with your order number and reason. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached; items with signs of wear or odors like smoke or cologne will be rejected. Please note that all limited-edition drops, mystery boxes, and sale items are final sale.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will process back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a standard return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement at zero cost to you.
